As convention 2012 approaches, we thought it would be a good idea to point out a few new site features that may be of interest to anyone who wishes to keep current with convention information through a mobile device (or a computer). The new features include the following:

• Happening Now Crawl: While the convention is in session the main convention page will display a crawl of current events and sessions. This list is automatically updated whenever you load the page (based on the time the page is loaded).
• Happening Now Page: For those who prefer to quickly scan current events and sessions, the Happening Now page lists all of the items in the crawl on a single scrollable page. Just like the crawl, the contents of this page are generated dynamically every time the page is loaded.
• Calendar Links for Events and Sessions: Wherever event or session details are listed, a calendar icon now appears. Clicking this icon will add information about the event or session to your calendar. This feature works particularly well for anyone with an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch). Users of other platforms, including Android or Windows and Mac PCs, can find some instructions for using this feature on the Calendar Help page.
