Sphider

The site search feature is powered by Sphider. Sphider is an open source web spider and search engine written in PHP and MySQL by Ando Saabas and released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

jQuery

jQuery is an open source JavaScript library that provides functions to simplify HTML document traversal, event handling, and animation. jQuery is available under the MIT License.

The NeMLA site employs the following jQuery plugins:

Nivo Slider
Nivo Slider provides a customizable image slider function. It is developed by Dev7Studios and released under the MIT License.
NobleCount
NobleCount provides character counting and alert mechanisms for form fields on the web. It is developed by "The Product Guy," Jeremy Horn, and released under a dual GNU General Public License (GPL) and MIT License.
Tablesorter
Tablesorter makes standard HTML tables sortable without requiring page refreshes. It is developed by Christian Bach and released under a dual GNU General Public License (GPL) and MIT License.

Icons

The icons used in the site header and a handful of other places throughout the site are based on the free Classic Rounded iconset, which was created by Robert Hentschel (also at www.robert-hentschel.de), and is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license.
