Exhibitors for the 42nd Annual Convention in New Brunswick

The 2011 NeMLA Convention will include an exhibitor area for the prime days of our Convention, April 8 and April 9, from 8:00am-5:00 pm (set up available April 7). We expect 1,700 participants in 370 sessions, covering all areas of the teaching and study of modern languages. To facilitate traffic, continental breakfast and afternoon snacks are served in the Exhibit area.

This year, NeMLA offers online registration at http://www.acteva.com/booking.cfm?bevaID=206092, which will facilitate the quickness of the entire registration process. For those who register before November 30th, NeMLA will offer a special early rate.

Additional Exhibitor Table: Early rate $125.00
Totebag insert $350.00: For placement in 1,700 totebags of 2011 NeMLA Convention attendees. Materials must be received by April 1, 2011.
Convention Advertisement $225.00: Rate for ad in 2011 Convention program, without exhibition registration.
